Inner World !

With both the nostrils clean and channels wide open, I close my eyes and breath….inhale gentle and subtle…up, up up …still up and hold…1…2….3…4…5….6….7…8..9…10 and release….down down down and still down till the whole abdomen is empty and front muscles of the belly gone in and back to feel the back muscle of the spine.. I hold…1…2….3…4…5.

Up again… up up up…1 2 3… and down.

Follow the circle 10 times.

Then I released my body, spine almost straight, awareness on the breath and let go. Gentle , cool and subtle air (Prana) going in and gases coming out… Body is relaxed and still.

I am in samadhi.
